Mood: Not For Squats

Didn’t feel like doing them. So I just did leg day.

Here’s the training:

Training:

  • RDLs 65% 5×10
  • Leg Press 75% 5×10
  • Leg Extensions 50% 5×10
  • Seated Calf Raises 110% 5×10

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
