Mood: Hyped AF.
After sitting out due to tweaked lower back, I was ready to go.
I figured that doing Arms would give my back one more day of rest.
Here’s the training:
- Close Grip Incline DB Bench Press 5×10 50#
- Hammer Curls 5×0 30#
- Machine Curls 5×10 65#
- Seated Triceps Pulldowns 5×10 65#
- Preacher Curls 5×10 35#
- Overhead Triceps Extensions 5×10 45#
Throughly pleased with supersetting the Closed Grips DBs with Hammer Curls.
