(E) Arms :: 531 Cycle 2 Week 3

Mood: Hyped AF.

After sitting out due to tweaked lower back, I was ready to go.

I figured that doing Arms would give my back one more day of rest.

Here’s the training:

  • Close Grip Incline DB Bench Press 5×10 50#
    • Hammer Curls 5×0 30#
  • Machine Curls 5×10 65#
    • Seated Triceps Pulldowns 5×10 65#
  • Preacher Curls 5×10 35#
    • Overhead Triceps Extensions 5×10 45#

Results: Swole.

Throughly pleased with supersetting the Closed Grips DBs with Hammer Curls.
