Cause I have to Squat in a Smith machine.

But Leg Day.

Big But Boring
  • Squat 50%┬á5×10 145#

Results:

I love it. I was able to bang it out like nothing and my legs were super worked over.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey Protein,  Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
