Meh.

Super disappointed that I didn’t hit a PR. But Week 3 is where it friggin’ counts.

Supplements: Eat the Bear Uncaged and Lipo6 Black

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
