Sets
Bench Press:
  • 5 reps 65% 120#
  • 5 reps 75% 140#
  • 7 reps 85% 160#
Big But Boring
  • Incline DB Bench Press 5×10 45#

Results:

Sad panda.

I didn’t even hit my PR. Not even close.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
