    • Seated Triceps Pulldowns
  • Cable Curls (Bar)
    • Tricep Pulldowns (Bar)
  • Preacher Curls
    • Overhead Triceps Extensions

Results: Swole.

Yet, my XXL sleeves are STILL not filled 🙁

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine, and Fish Oil everyday.
