(D) Deadlifts + Back :: 531 Cycle 1 Week 2

Mood: Meh.

My PTSD is kicking in and I am trying to fight everyone. I think I am on the downslope. Unfortunately, it tends to zap my energy and I am all out of preworkout 🙁

Here’s the training:

Warm-ups
  • Sumos 3×3 135#, 170#, 205#
Sets
  • Sumos 3 reps 70% 240#
  • Sumos 3 reps 80% 275#
  • Sumos 4 reps 90% 315%
Boring But Big
  • DB Pullovers 5×10 45#
  • One Arm Lat Pulldown 5×10 85#

Results: Meh.

But I think my PTSD has gone away 🙂

 

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine, and Fish Oil everyday.
