Mood: GRIND.

I was tempted this morning not to train.

But these PRs ain’t going to set itself.

Warm-ups

  • OHP 10 reps at 45#
  • OHP 5 reps at 40% 50% 60%

Sets

  • OHP 5 reps at 75% 100#
  • OHP 3 reps at 85% 110#
  • OHP 8 reps at 95% 125# (PR)

Finishers

  • DB Arnold Press 5×10 35#
  • Front Plate Raises 5×10 45#

Results: Amazing.
