Mood: STOKED AF.
I had ALL THE MUTHA EFFIN’ SKWAATS on the bill and that payment was due today.
Here’s the training:
- Back Squats 3×5 45#, 110#, 140#, 170#
- Back Squats 5 reps 65% 180#
- Back Squats 5 reps 75% 210#
- Back Squats 4 reps 85% 240# (Failed)
Big But Boring
- Back Squats 5×10 50% 140#
That last rep had me like
I messed around and missed that last rep at 85%. And that’s because I was more worried about my Snapchat then about hitting that last rep.
For the first time in like ever (if ever), I focused on hitting the form. Ass to grass and then squeeze the glutes at the time.
Bruh, all the DOMS. I totally forgot to do some 300# leg presses afterwards and I am paying for it even a couple days later.
