Starting this new program, I want to keep it really, really simple.
Doing 531 with Boring But Big Assistance Template.
In lieu of straight up Bench, I swap that out with Incline DB Bench Press for the same weight (total).

- Bench Press 5 reps 70#
- Bench Press 5 reps 900#
- Bench Press 3 reps 110#

- Bench Press 5 reps 75% 135#
- Bench Press 5 reps 85% 155#
Big But Boring
- Incline Close Grip DB Bench Press 5×8 50% 90#
Results: Solid. Super solid.
Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.
