Since I am in a bit of a “cutting” phase, I decided to post up my weekly macros and see how far off I am.
No weigh-ins this week.
Instead, I want to report this:
I went down a notch on my belt and I have no more notches to use.
Staying at 2500 cal but dropping my carbs to 188 versus 97g of fat and 219g of protein.
Now is not the focus of calories but continuing to drop carbs and raise fats (akin to keto but sllllooowwwwwlllly).
