Here’s the training:
- Hex Deadlifts 2×10 135#
- Deadlifts 5×3 reps at 265#
- Romanian Deadlifts 5×5 175#
- Lat Pulldown 3×10 150#
- Kroc Row 3×8 120#
I was trying to do a superset with RDLs and BB Rows. RDLs felt great whereas BB Rows with a Hex Bar feels weird as heck.
But my mistake ended up being a benefit. Instead of warming up with RDLs, just warmup with Deadlifts and then go to RDLs. This felt a lot lot better.
