(D) Deadlifts + Back :: Minimalist LP Cycle 6

  • Deadlifts 5×3 reps at 265#
Finishers
  • Romanian Deadlifts 5×5 175#
  • Lat Pulldown 3×10 150#
  • Kroc Row 3×8 120#

I was trying to do a superset with RDLs and BB Rows. RDLs felt great whereas BB Rows with a Hex Bar feels weird as heck.

But my mistake ended up being a benefit. Instead of warming up with RDLs, just warmup with Deadlifts and then go to RDLs. This felt a lot lot better.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
