Mood: FINISH!

I am just excited for finishing this cycle. Lets do the dang thing.

  • Romanian Deadlifts 3×5 reps 135# fat gripz
  • Romanian Deadlifts 2×5 reps 225#
Sets
  • Deadlift 2 reps at 275#
  • Deadlift 2 reps at 295#
  • Deadlift 3×1 at 345#
Finishers
  • Barbell Row 4×10 185#
  • Lat Pulldown 3×10 150#
  • Kroc Row 3×8 115#

Results: MONSTEROUS!

I took the time and made my first complete video with a set from every workout.

All throughout the training, I kept my mind on the my back: lats, traps, rhomboids, etc. and be sure

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
