Since I am turning 41, lemme give you 41 squats.

Here’s the training:

Training:
Warm-ups
  • Back Squats 10 reps 45#, 95#, 135#
Sets
  • Back Squats 41 reps 195#
Finishers
  • Hack Squats 6×10 225#
  • Seated Calf Raises 5×15 225#

Results: Not bad.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
