  • Barbell Bench Press 2×5 175#
  • Barbell Bench Press 10 reps 175#
Finishers
  • Incline DB Bench Press 5×13 35#
  • Incline DB Flys 5×12 17.5#
  • Cable Crossover Fly 5×12 40#

Results: Still looking….

… although I don’t think I went that heavy on DB Flys. Let me go to 20# and see what is up.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
