  • Barbell Bench Press 10 reps 45#, 95#, 115#
Sets
  • Barbell Bench Press 5 reps
  • Barbell Bench Press 7 reps
Finishers
  • Pec Deck Fly
  • Hammer Strength Incline Bench Press
  • Cable Crossover Fly

Results: STRONK!

I swore to God that I got a lil’ chest pump.

I am going to keep hitting the full cycle (bb, db, machines, cables) until I can unlock that magical chest pump.

Until then, Chicken Chest.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
