- Barbell Bench Press 10 reps 45#, 95#, 115#
- Barbell Bench Press 5 reps
- Barbell Bench Press 7 reps
- Pec Deck Fly
- Hammer Strength Incline Bench Press
- Cable Crossover Fly
I swore to God that I got a lil’ chest pump.
I am going to keep hitting the full cycle (bb, db, machines, cables) until I can unlock that magical chest pump.
