Mood: Better.

Best damn training day I have had in a month.

  • Romanian Deadlifts 3×5 245#
  • Romanian Deadlifts 2 reps 315#
Sets
  • Deadlifts 4×2 reps at 245#
Finishers
  • Barbell Row 4×5 185#
  • Hex Deadlifts 4×5 225#
  • Lat Pulldown 4×5 180#
  • Kroc Row 3×8 85#

Results: Glorious.

I don’t have a body for Deadlifts, Squats, nor Bench. But can I haz Hex Deadlift body? #deadlifts

I am very happy today.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
