Cardio :: Minimalist LP Cycle 5

Mood: MOAR PLS K THX!

My wife and I killed it on Swings.

Here’s the workout:

Training:
  • Kettlebell Swings 5×20 70# 12m30s

Results: I am always trying to chase the almighty PR and with Cardio is no exception.

I planned to tack on another set of 20 but no bueno. I got to my 5th 20-rep set and I tapped out.

One thing I am seeing is that my form breaks down around the 15th rep. So I am going to rerack my sets with 15 reps per set and see how far I can go.

Bonus: if I can get to the 6th rep, I will get to 15m of Cardio which gets me from currently 464cals to 556cal burned. NOICE.

SupplementsC4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
