Here’s the training:
- Overhead Press 10 reps 45#
- Overhead Press 10 reps 95#
- Overhead Press 2×5 reps 127.5#
- Overhead Press 10 reps 127.5
- Front Plate Raise 45# 4×15
- Dumbbell Press 50# 4×8
- Rear Delt Flys 4×12 65#
- Seated Rows 4×10 130#
If I had one regret, it’s that I didn’t do any Side Delt work.
Now normally, I would just add it on (perhaps Arm day?) later on but I think there is something to doing Muscle Groups all on the same day. Because those things build on top of the work in the same day.
In other words, I think I would get less in benefits from doing Side Delt work on non-Shoulder day.
That might be just BroScience but I know how my shoulders feel and they felt like we should have done some kind of lateral work.
What’s definitely going into the rotation is Dumbbell Presses. Damn, those felt really really good.
