The 50s :: Minimalist LP Cycle 4

Mood: FINALLY!

Here’s the workout:

Training:
  • Kettlebell Press 5×10
  • Dips (Chair-Assisted) 5×10
  • Kettlebell Swings 5×10
  • Pull-ups (Chair-Assisted) 5×10

Results: It’s been a long time.

So I decided to ease up and do half of the usually.

Daily: Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
