I am glad I am getting good decent training in this week.
Here’s the workout:
- Kettlebell Press 5×10
- Dips (Chair-Assisted) 5×10
- Kettlebell Swings 5×10
- Pull-ups (Chair-Assisted) 5×10
The Presses are taxing to where I cannot hit 100 reps on the others.
This training is for conditioning. I might end up dropping Presses in order to extend the training and keep the heart rate up.
Do Presses with a 35# KB.
Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.
