The 50 :: Minimalist LP Cycle 4

Mood: Satisfied.

I am glad I am getting good decent training in this week.

Here’s the workout:

  • Kettlebell Press 5×10
  • Dips (Chair-Assisted) 5×10
  • Kettlebell Swings 5×10
  • Pull-ups (Chair-Assisted) 5×10

Results: Pondering.

The Presses are taxing to where I cannot hit 100 reps on the others.

This training is for conditioning. I might end up dropping Presses in order to extend the training and keep the heart rate up.


Do Presses with a 35# KB.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
