Mood: Determined, yet unsure.
Despite my Squat game being strong, I did not know if I could hit my goal. I kinda knew I wouldn’t be able to hit 2 plates on Bench. I know for sure I am Deadlifting 4 plates. But Squats? Not sure.

My Squats were amazing. The bar never felt heavy. It just felt like yes I can push this back up.
(My swolefriend, sesquipedalian22, noticed that the rep was paused. That’s how great my Squats felt today.)
