Mood: Steady

I am here to see if I can pull 405.

Here’s the workout:

  • Romanian Deadlifts 10 reps 135#
  • Romanian Deadlifts 5 reps 225#
  • Romanian Deadlifts 2 reps 315#
  • Deadlifts 1 rep at 365#
  • Deadlifts 1 rep at 385#
  • Deadlifts 1 rep at 395# (PR)
  • Deadlifts 0 rep at 400# FAILED
  • Deadlifts 1 rep at 405# FAILED

Results: Bittersweet.

Sure I got the PR. But I did hit my goal.

Here are my failed attempts.

All that means I still got work to do.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
