Deadlifts 80% – Week 20

Mood: Stoked.

I got to 24 Hour Fitness for lunch and I just remembered that I have access to the Kettlebells while the trainers are there! So, I figure a heavy 80# Finisher wouldn’t be so bad.

Here’s the workout:

  • Romanian Deadlifts 135# 1×10; 205# 1×10; 225# 1×10; 295# 2×5
  • Deadlifts 325# for 7 reps
  • Lat Pulldown 3×5 200#
  • Kettlebell 3×10 80#

Results: SOLID.

Based on this calc: 1RM = Weight x Reps x 0.0333 + Weight

My calc 1RM is 400.75.

You know what, I am perfectly happy with that.

Yes., I will aim for 4 plates.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.

Food: 2,703cal  270c  115f  151p

Took one of my bags of protein home because my protein intake on the weekends have been abysmal. These numbers look a lot better than usually.

What is noted that after I trained, I was having the shakes. Then I checked my numbers:

Normally, I would have 1000cal and at least 100 carbs. As soon as I could I downed a Monster Energy and lunch.
