Deadlifts Week 15


There is no reason to be alive if you cannot Deadlift.

That is the God’s honest truth!

Until 1RM Day, Thursdays or Fridays will be Deadlift day.

I could add other exercises that will add strength to the back but this day, I am going to keep it simple.

Here’s the workout:

  • Romanian Deadlifts 155# 2×10
  • Romanian Deadlifts 245# 3×10

Putting in some RDLs to warmup the hamstrings. If I don’t do these and do a proper form DL, I will certain notice my hamstrings and not in a good way.

  • Deadlifts 305# 3×3

Results: Hells yes.

Everything was super solid.

I forgot to use Fat Gripz on the warm-ups but I did go strapless on the last set of Deadlifts just to check to see if my grip was sure.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
