Warm-ups:
  • Squats 45# + 85#
  • OHP 45# 65#
  • Deadlifts 135# 225#
Training:
Supersets
  • High Bar Barbell Back Squats 5×5 165#
    • Triceps Extensions 5×8 30#
  • Overhead Press 5×5 100#
    • Lat Pulldowns 5×10 120#
  • Deadlifts 1×5 245#
    • Triceps Pushdowns 5×15 50#

Results: Refreshing.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
