Squats, OHP, Deadlifts (B) :: Stronglifts 5×5 Week 4

Mood: Encouraged.

Hit two plates on Deadlifts in the SL5x5 program with Snatch Hook Grips.

Then the app tells me it will start going up 5# per workout.

SMH.

Changing it back to 10#.

  • OHP 45# 2×5
  • Deadlifts 135# 1×5; 185# 1×5; 205# 1×5
Training:
Supersets
  • High Bar Barbell Back Squats 5×5 145#
    • Triceps Extensions 5×10 30#
  • Overhead Press 5×5 85#
    • Triceps Pushdowns 5×15 50#
  • Deadlifts 1×5 225#
Finishers
  • High Bar Barbell Back Squats 15 reps 65#
  • Triceps Pushdowns reps 50# Drop Sets

Results: Solid.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Whey ProteinCreatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.

Missed last night’s workout so this is back to back days of high carbs.
