Excited to start. Excited to plan ahead and know that my week was going to be screwed up and I decided to jump ahead and start my first week on this program a day early.

Here’s the workout:
- Halos 45# 2×10
- Squats 45# 2×5
- High Bar Barbell Back Squats 3×5 85#
- High Bar Barbell Box Squats 3×5 85#
- Power Cleans 5×10 45#
- Lunges 2×8 45#
- Bicep Cure 44 reps 25#
Results: After doing this, I immediately wanted to make my core 3×8. But cooler heads prevail and I have decided to make my core stuff 3×6 instead.
Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.
