Squats :: Powerbuild 3×6 Week 1

Mood: Excited

Excited to start. Excited to plan ahead and know that my week was going to be screwed up and I decided to jump ahead and start my first week on this program a day early.

That’s how excited I was.

Here’s the workout:

  • Halos 45# 2×10
  • Squats 45# 2×5
  • High Bar Barbell Back Squats 3×5 85#
  • High Bar Barbell Box Squats 3×5 85#
  • Power Cleans 5×10 45#
  • Lunges 2×8 45#
  • Bicep Cure 44 reps 25#

Results: After doing this, I immediately wanted to make my core 3×8. But cooler heads prevail and I have decided to make my core stuff 3×6 instead.

Supplements: C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
