Bench :: Powerbuild 3×6 Week 1

Mood: Rock steady.

But Sad Panda: your workout gets cut short because you forgot your damn towel and you need to go to work right after your workout.

So I kept it to the major lift, biceps cure and peace out.

Here’s the workout:

  • Halos 45# 2×10
  • Squats 45# 2×5
  • Bench Press 3×6 65#
  • Incline Bench Press 3×6 65#
  • Bicep Cure 40 reps 30#

Results: Meh. Not my best workout but I did get my Chest work in.

Supplements: None

Daily: Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
