Squats + Cleans :: Kettlebell TRM Week 18


Tonight was about hitting all the goals.

And to be honest, I felt like crap since I haven’t been getting enough good sleep since I have gained weight and my snoring has come back.

Eff that noise.

Downed C4. Cranked up some Iced Earth.

My mind kept thinking, “No way am I making through this.”

My body had other plans.

Here’s the workout:

  • KB Halos 16kg 2×10
  • KB Goblet Squats 16kg 2×5
  • Single KB Clean  70# – 10 reps
  • Hang Clean 70# – 50 reps
  • KB Rack Squat 70# – 10 reps
  • Goblet Squat 70# – 50 reps

As I approached the Front KB Squat, I looked down at my dinky 15# chain, and just thought to myself, “Fuck it”.

  • Front Kettlebell Squat 106# plus 15# chain – 50 reps

Results: I still remember when I started trying to do high volumes and doubles and was struggg-lig-lingggg.

But now, towards the end of this Kettlebell Program, I am destroying it.

Damn straight.
Damn straight.

I never felt so good. I never felt so strong. I am in the best shape of my life.

And yet, I have never been so small.

And that’s quite okay by me.

Supplements: 1 pill Hydroxycut and 1 pill Yohimbine HCL in the morning. C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out.

Daily: Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
