Mood: In June of 2014, I busted out my first and only 32kg Press. It was not pretty.
Last night, I set out to press out 50 reps total.
Here’s the workout:
- KB Halos 16kg 2×10
- KB Goblet Squats 16kg 2×5
- Single KB Clean 70# 10 reps
- KB Press 70# 50 reps
- 1.25 Tricep Extensions 35# 150 reps (Fat Gripz) – I would do reps until failure, switch sides, reps until failure, repeat until 150. I made sure that I got more reps in on my right side than left.
- Biking around the ‘hood with my kids – My legs were still sore from Squats a couple days ago. Riding a bike makes them feel gooooooood.
Results: Destroyed it.
My right side still feels like it struggles while my left arm feels super strong. I might go lopsided and do 4-5 reps on the right for every 3 on the left. Let’s see how that goes.
