I got only a 35# and 70# so I press them both and make sure I switch them up to keep it balanced.
- KB Halos 16kg 2×10
- KB Goblet Squats 16kg 2×5
- Double KB Clean 35# + 70#
- Front Kettlebell Squat 35# + 70# (and for fuck it reasons) + 15# Chain
