Front Kettlebell Squats :: Kettlebell TRM Week 19

Mood: Volume.

Pushing all the weight, trying to be like this guy.

I got only a 35# and 70# so I press them both and make sure I switch them up to keep it balanced.

Warm-ups:
  • KB Halos 16kg 2×10
  • KB Goblet Squats 16kg 2×5
Training:
Double
  • Double KB Clean  35# + 70#
  • Front Kettlebell Squat 35# + 70# (and for fuck it reasons) + 15# Chain

Results: Trying get that freak beast on.

Daily: Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
