Triceps + Abs :: Kettlebell TRM Week 16

Mood: Just another day

This is not a major day as far as working out a major movement but it is much needed for me.

Here’s the workout:

Warm-ups:
  • KB Halos 16kg 2×10
  • KB Goblet Squats 16kg 2×5
Training:
Supersets
  • Chair-Assisted Dips -75# 120 reps
  • Ab Wheels (Kneeling) – 100 reps
Kettlebell
  • Tricep Extensions – 115 reps

Results: I want to get my Extensions up to 200 reps and continue pushing my Ab Wheels.

Supplements: None.

Daily: Creatine (for the one extra rep and swoleness) and Fish Oil (joints) everyday.
