Mood: Whatever it takes.
So in two weeks, I finally start my Powerlifting/Bodybuilding hybrid program. That means I have two weeks of KB work to put in. I have set the goals and I intended to reach them.
I wanted to put in 100 reps of 70# Squats. Whatever it takes to get to 100 even if it meant to drop Cleans, I shall.
Here’s the workout:
- KB Halos 16kg 2×10
- KB Goblet Squats 16kg 2×5
- Single KB Clean 70# 42 reps
- Hang Clean 70# 42 reps
- KB Rack Squat 70# 42 reps
- Goblet Squat 70# 42 reps
- Double KB Cleans 106# 18 reps
- Front KB Squats 106# 18 reps
Results: Knocked out.
I wanted to Squat away 7000# in one workout. If my calculations serve correctly, I have hit 7788# tonight.
Supplements: 2 pill Hydroxycut and 2 pill Yohimbine HCL and washed it down with C4 taken 30 minutes prior to working out. Consequently, I believe this combination prevented me from falling asleep until 3a in the morning.
